I'm a strategist and leader who's spent 20+ years in media, starting in direct sales and evolving into coaching, team leadership, and future-focused innovation. My passion has always been the same: growing people and growing revenue.
I've built teams across traditional and digital media, helping clients and colleagues navigate change without losing sight of what actually works. Today, I focus on what's next: how tech, data, and shifting consumer behavior are reshaping media. I help teams see around corners and connect business goals to investments that perform.
At Comcast Advertising, I lead advertising strategy across California, supporting sales teams with advanced analytics, addressable video, and data-driven storytelling. I work with everyone from front-line reps to C-suite execs, bridging the gap between what clients need and what the platform delivers. I've learned to read the room and adapt my approach.
In 2024, I led the strategy and analytics for a campaign that was named a finalist for Best Data-Driven TV Campaign at the AdExchanger Awards (submitted under the Comcast Advertising/FreeWheel/ Effectv banner). The work for Mancini's Sleepworld, a Northern California mattress retailer, used multiscreen TV and brand data to drive a 13.5X return on ad spend, $6.37MM in sales, and a +6.4% lift in average purchase. Lately, I've been digging into AI-driven behavior analysis, attention measurement, and workflow automation. Always looking for ways to work smarter, not just harder.
I care deeply about helping people grow and think critically about their work. For the past couple of years, I've been a mentor with sfBIG's BAARC program, working with professionals entering the marketing and media world. Watching someone find their voice, question assumptions, and build confidence is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. I learn as much from them as they hopefully learn from me. I bring that same energy to the internal training I run. It's less about checking boxes and more about helping people think differently and act with conviction.
